hoos ("the App", Bundle ID: com.kitohdev.horseapp) respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
The App stores the following data entered by the user only on your device. This data is not sent to any external server operated by the App developer.
- Horse information: Horse names and race performance data (wins, places, and other results)
- Betting ticket data: Ticket types (Win, Place, Quinella, Exacta, Wide, Trio, Trifecta), bet modes (Normal, Nagashi, Box, Formation), selected horses, and memos
- Drafts and confirmation states: Bulk input drafts, probability notice confirmation state, daily free-use limit state, and additional limit state granted by rewarded ads
The App also uses Google AdMob for ad delivery. Google may collect or use information such as advertising identifiers (IDFA/Advertising ID), IP address, device information, app information, and ad impression or interaction information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, optimization, and personalization.
2. How We Use Information
Data stored locally on your device is used to provide the App's features, including horse performance tracking, betting ticket records, results aggregation, and daily free-use limit management.
Ad-related information may be used by Google AdMob for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, optimization, and personalization.
3. Data Storage and Sharing
Important: Horse information, betting ticket data, input drafts, and other user-entered App data are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to any external server operated by the App developer.
- The App has no backend server.
- The App does not use its own analytics service or crash reporting service.
- The App communicates with Google AdMob, a third-party service, for ad delivery.
- Locally stored App data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

4. Permissions
The App may request tracking permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to optimize ad delivery. If permission is not granted, the App requests non-personalized ads.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or other sensitive personal permissions.

You can manage ad tracking and personalized ads through your OS or Google settings.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
